Churnkey, Inc. operates app.churnkey.co (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, you will be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to Churnkey. This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for the Service, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your IP address, full user name, password, email address, city, time zone, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us with. You may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

Information that is collected may be used for the following:
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, billing, customer relationship, database storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. We will share your personally identifiable information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your data.
You may view and create any Content on this Site. "Content" means any video, audio, or other material which is capable of being uploaded onto this Site. You own all intellectual property in your own original Content you contribute. You must not upload or contribute any Content not originally created by you, or any Content which is not properly licensed to you by someone else for uploading or contributing. All Content you upload or contribute is licensed to us and all other users and viewers of this Website, to use and enjoy under these Terms of Use. You agree that this licence cannot be cancelled or revoked, does not expire, is freely granted and has world-wide application.
Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you choose to create video files or update your profile information.
Churnkey publishes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. It lets you connect your Churnkey account to an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, so the assistant can read data from your workspace and make changes on your behalf. You start the connection by signing in through Churnkey and approving a specific set of permissions. The connection lasts until you revoke it.
What comes back depends on which tool the assistant calls and which permissions you approved. Across the available tools, it can include:
Three of the permissions cover personal data specifically, and the consent screen flags each of them. Two are toggles on how much detail you get back: decline access to cancel-flow session personal data, or to payment recovery campaign personal data, and the assistant still reads those records with the personal fields removed. The third governs the data access request tool, which exports everything we hold about one customer by email address. That one is all or nothing — declining it means the assistant cannot run the tool at all, rather than running it on redacted data.
An assistant cannot reach more than the permissions you approved allow.
Whatever a tool returns is sent to the assistant you connected and becomes part of your conversation with it. From that point the company operating the assistant handles the data under its own privacy policy rather than this one. We do not control how long a provider keeps conversation content or whether it is used to improve their models. We are not a party to your relationship with that provider.
We keep a record of each call an assistant makes. It covers your organization, the user who authorized the connection, which tool was called, the name of the connected assistant, whether it ran against live or test data, the response status, and how long the call took. We do not store the contents of what was returned. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your organization's audit trail records more than that, and keeps it. Every change an assistant makes is written there and attributed to the assistant by name, so you can see what changed and which connection changed it. Reading customer session records is logged the same way, including how many records were read and whether personal fields were removed. The audit trail is a compliance record and is not deleted on a schedule, so you keep a durable account of an assistant reading subscriber data.
We do not use the content of MCP requests or responses to train models, to build profiles, or for marketing.
Every connection you have authorized is listed under Your MCP Sessions in your account settings, along with the permissions it holds and when it was last active. Revoking one takes effect immediately and stops any further calls from that assistant. Administrators can review and revoke connections authorized by other members of their organization.
Revoking a connection does not reach data an assistant has already received. Removing that means using the controls offered by the assistant's provider.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
In the event that Churnkey is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the profile information you provided to us and associated with your account.
If you are a registered user of our Services, you can receive a report of data associated with your account by sending an email to [email protected].
If you are a registered user of our Services, and you would like to delete your account and erase any associated data, you can do so by sending an email request to [email protected].
By using the Site, Churnkey will transfer data to the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your information to the United States and to the Processing of your data globally. By providing your Personal Information, you consent to any transfer and Processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information. Where you have consented to Churnkey's Processing of your Personal Information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt-out to further Processing by contacting [email protected]. Even if you opt-out, we may still collect and use non-Personal Information regarding your activities on our Sites and/or information from the advertisements on Third-Party websites for non-interest based advertising purposes, such as to determine the effectiveness of the advertisements.
You have the right to unsubscribe from future marketing emails from Churnkey by using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of all emails. We will process this request within a reasonable time. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding product use and non-promotional communication regarding Churnkey and our Site, such as updates to our Terms or Privacy Policy.
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16) years of age, and Churnkey does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16) years of age. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16), we will promptly take steps to delete such information.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 12, 2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
